Please note we have made two amendments to our admission’s policies, in line with feedback received from the school’s adjudicator. This is to ensure greater clarity on the admission criteria, should the school be oversubscribed and an amendment to a link within the policy, which details the school’s catchment area. Applying for an In-Year School Place

You will need to complete an In-Year Application form which is available either online or as a hard copy. Click here to go to Hampshire County Council School Admissions for more information.

When should I expect to receive the decision letter for the In-Year transfer?

Parents should allow 10 working days for their application to be processed.

A letter from the school will be emailed to you, advising of the school place being offered to your child.

If you receive your letter offering your child a place, you will need to confirm your decision in writing as soon as possible and confirm a start date.

If your request for a school place is refused, and you wish to appeal the decision, you must do so in writing.
