Is your child eligible for Pupil Premium funding?
Your child may be entitled to a sum of money, paid to the school, with the aim to boost their learning. This money is used by the school, to fund provisions with the aim of helping children in receipt of the pupil premium funding reach their best potential. If you receive any of the following benefits you may be eligible:
Universal credit (provided you have a net income of £7400 or less)
Income support
Income-based jobseekers’ allowance
Income-related employment and support allowance
Support under Part IV of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 The guaranteed element of state pension credit
Child tax credit, provided that you are not also entitled to working tax credit and have an annual gross income of £16,190 or less
There are many benefits to your child receiving pupil premium benefits, including free uniform items, funding for school trips and subscription to online learning platforms.
