Are you a creative thinker with a passion for learning who wants to further develop your leadership within a skilled and enthusiastic team?

The Oaks CE Learning Federation requires a Head of Learning at St Michael and All Angels CE Infant School, Lyndhurst.

We wish to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking Head of Learning, who has the passion and the commitment to move our schools to being outstanding at all levels.

This is a unique position that will be an excellent career move for the right leader. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Executive Headteacher and the leadership team across the Federation enabling our schools to continue their journey towards excellence. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the school ensuring continuous improvement and this key appointment will support our innovative approach to curriculum development, with an emphasis on developing our children as successful learners.  The Oaks CE Learning Federation is at the leading edge of Evidence Informed Practice and our work has been recognised on the international stage.

The Head of Learning will share a class with a teaching commitment of 2.5 days plus shared PPA.
